Privacy Notice

Last updated: 20 April 2026

Ravia is a gaming platform designed for children aged 8 to 14. We take privacy seriously, particularly for our younger users, and we are committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When a child uses Ravia, we collect a username chosen by the player, approximate device location (used only to detect proximity to in-game locations), basic device information, and gameplay data such as puzzle scores, token balance, and character progress. We collect a parent's email address for account approval and communications. We do not collect payment information directly; subscription payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

How we use it

Information is used to operate the game, deliver rewards, improve gameplay, and communicate with parents about their child's account. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising targeted at children.

Parental controls

Parents can review their child's account, approve purchases, and request deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting us.

Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we hold. Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure.
